The Capel Parish Council NDP has successfully been in operation since 2016.
In order to bring it into line with the recent releases of the National Planning Policy Framework and other minor changes, the NDP is being updated and the final draft 4B can be found here.
May 2026, The final draft has now passed initial due diligence by MVDC.
We now have to contact various statutory consultees for their approval and then the file will go back to MVDC for a 6-week consultation period.
It is hoped that the final version will be published before the end of 2026.
