Capel Parish Council, Surrey

Capel Exchange finished eighth of the ten winners in this national competition. This resulted in all the street cabinets in the parish being converted to fibre optics and, after considerable lobbying, new ones being deployed in Coldharbour. Super-Fast broadband is now available throughout the majority of the parish.
